The Employee Relations team are an expert source of advice and support in all areas of Employee Relations. We act as a centre of excellence on everything from UK employment legislation to internal policies and procedures. We also strive to provide pragmatic, commercial solutions to business managers that ensure consistency, compliance with legal requirements and that are supportive to internal policies and procedures.
The Learning and Development team aim to provide every single employee with essential training, learning and development. We aim to enhance work performance as well as develop individuals to maximise their potential.
The HR Operations consists of HR Business Partners and a Central HR Operations Partner who develop and implement a full range of commercial HR solutions, to support our network of 1700 pharmacies and our support functions in Sapphire Court. We are here to guide our business partners and to influence our colleagues in HR – and key stakeholders - to ensure our people plan is delivered to the best of its ability.
